When will the delivery take place?

We ship daily on working days from our warehouse near Munich. All orders placed by 11 a.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.

We only work with DHL and the average shipping time is 1 to 3 working days for standard shipping. We guarantee delivery on the next working day for DHL Express shipments.

Within Germany, shipping is free for goods with a purchase value of € 39.90 or more. Express shipping costs 9.90 euros within Germany with guaranteed delivery on the following day.

How do I get my tracking number?

You will automatically receive an email from DHL on Afternoon of the day of dispatch. There you will find a link for shipment tracking. If you do not want this, please leave a note in your order.
